Paul was formerly chairman of Sony/ATV Music worldwide and SVP Sony Music Entertainment Inc based in New York and previously was chairman of Sony Music Entertainment Europe. Paul worked for Sony Music (previously CBS) over 30 years and worked with many artists. Notably he developed the careers of Julio Iglesias, Bruce Springsteen, Men at Work, Midnight Oil, Sade, Terence Trent D'Arby, Macy Grey, Wham, George Michael and Jamiroquai. Shortly before leaving Sony/ATV, Paul brought the then unknown UK singer/songwriter Katie Melua to the Company. Paul is a UK qualified solicitor and based in London. |

| Richard Rowe is a founding partner of R2M Music and was formerly the president of Sony/ATV Music Publishing and worked for Sony Music (previously CBS) for 25 years. Richard negotiated the acquisition/merger with ATV Music Publishing that included the Beatles catalogue. Richard was responsible for signing writers such as Bob Dylan, Neil Diamond, Stevie Nicks, Lauryn Hill, Sarah McLachlan, Fugees, Sade, Everything But The Girl, and Oasis. In addition, he acquired many catalogues such as Bert Berns (Twist and Shout), Bill Lowery, Frank Farian, Nile Rogers, and Fisher (Second Hand Rose). | Phil May is a founding partner of R2M Music. Phil was Vice President, Global Administration for Sony/ATV Music Publishing and worked 12 years for the company. Phil was involved in valuing and integrating into Sony/ATV many key acquisitions during his tenure including the Beatles' catalog, Lowery Music, Little Big Town, Acuff-Rose and many others. Phil also managed the worldwide royalty, copyright, licensing and IT departments for Sony/ATV involving 30 countries and over 100 staff. Phil is a certified public accountant (inactive) with past experience at one of the Big-Six International Accountancy firms and is based in Nashville, Tennessee. |

| Amy Cranford is the Chief Financial Officer of R2M. Following her tenure with international public accounting firm PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Amy spent the past 14 years with Sony/ATV Music Publishing where she held various finance and administration positions, including the Vice President of Administration. During her tenure at Sony/ATV, Amy led the consolidation of the company's administrative operations from London, New York, Canada and Miami into the Nashville office of Sony/ATV - the company's worldwide administrative headquarters. Amy is a certified public accountant (inactive) and is based in Nashville, Tennessee. |

| Martin Davis is a full-time senior consultant for R2M Music and directly responsible for Latin America and Asia. Martin was Senior Vice President of Sony Music Asia and Sony Music Latin America. He was President of Zomba Records in Latin America. He has lived in Japan, Hong Kong, Miami, Argentina and Brazil. Martin is a chartered accountant of Scotland and a graduate from the London School of Economics. He is based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. |

| Ellis Rich represents R2M in the United Kingdom. From being a classical and jazz pianist he has become one of the most well respected music publishers in the UK and since 2005 has been chairman of the PRS. After working for Feldman and EMI Music, Ellis set up the publishing company of Supreme Records and later established the Independent Music Group (IMG). In June 2007 IMG formed a long term association with R2M involving future acquisitions and catalogue administration. Ellis is based in London. |

| Fredrik Ekander represents R2M in Scandinavia. He runs the independent music group Cosmos that includes music publishing, a record label, a production company and a recording studio. Fredrik was head of Sony/ATV Music Publishing Scandinavia, and later appointed Vice President of A&R for the Sony/ATV Europe's regional office in London. After joining forces in 2003 Fredrik and Kent Gillström have established Cosmos as one of the fastest growing independent music companies in Scandinavia. Cosmos is headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden. |

| Jochen Huelder represents R2M in the GSA territories and Eastern Europe. Jochen is the manager of the well known German rock band Die Toten Hosen. He founded the record company JKP that owns master rights in the band and also set up an important booking agency that handles a number of important German acts including Die Toten Hosen. He established the agency Cyburbia Medien that specialises in brand management. |

| Mark Chung represents R2M in the GSA territories and Eastern Europe. Mark was Senior Vice President of Sony Music Independent Network Europe and previously Managing Director and minority shareholder of Play It Again Germany. He is now the Managing Director and majority shareholder of the independent music publisher Freibank Musikverlags und -vermarktungs GmbH. Mark is the chairman of the German association of independent music companies. |

| Woody Bomar serves as a creative consultant to R2M and promotes the R2M country catalogues. Woody started his musical career as a songwriter at Combine Music and later became a partner in Little Big Town Music. Woody was appointed Sr. VP & GM of Creative Services of Sony/ATV Music Publishing when Sony/ATV acquired Little Big Town Music. Woody left Sony/ATV to establish Green Hills Music Group, an important independent music publishing company based in Nashville, Tennessee. |

| Andrew Bailey is the Director of A&R for R2M Music UK and the Independent Music Group (IMG). Andrew's love affair with music began back in 1974 when he first started as a DJ while at school and went on to co-promote his own disco nights in the late 1970’s. Between 1988 and 1990 Andrew co-owned the Streetlevel Records dance record shops in London. The start of the Nineties saw Andrew make the move to being involved directly in releasing records when he became a partner in Optimism Records. His first signing was Xpansions-Elevation (Move Your Body), which became a UK Pop Hit in 1990. In 1992 Andrew joined Mo's Music Machine Record Distributors where he eventually set up a successful music publishing division. In 1995 Andrew established the music publisher Beat That Music, with leading industry figure Ellis Rich. Andrew is based in London. |
